Not every story fits neatly into 60 seconds. Videos extending beyond the included 60 seconds are billed in 30-second increments at $50 per increment. Each additional increment includes one additional B-Roll shot.

The same increments apply to videos up to five minutes. Videos estimated to exceed five minutes require a custom quote.

Video length is a maximum, not a target. A 42-second video remains within the 60 Seconds or Less package. Final length is determined during editing based on what best tells the story.

Volume Video Discount: Book 10 or more videos as part of the same project agreement and receive 10% off video production package pricing.

Additional production time, travel expenses, custom services, and project-specific expenses are calculated separately unless otherwise included.

Project Deposit: A 50% deposit based on the project's estimated total is required to reserve production dates and begin the project.

The remaining balance is due upon completion and may be adjusted for approved additional production time, editing, travel expenses, allowances, or other additions.

The final project balance must be paid in full before completed videos are approved for release and delivered for client use.

Most video projects are completed and ready for review in under two weeks.

Have a need for turning around content in a rushed format? Rush turnaround may be available depending on the project and current production schedule.

Rush turnaround times will require an additional rush editing fee customized to the scope of the project, editing requirements, and requested delivery timeline.

The standard package does not include script development. Clients should arrive prepared with their primary message, talking points, or script. A script should be provided prior to all shoots.

A one-hour Script Development Session can include developing the primary message, organizing talking points, writing or refining an on-camera script, developing calls to action, preparing the client for filming, and planning effective B-Roll shots.

This can be added for $125 per 60-second video package.

Script development takes place separately from and prior to filming and does not reduce the included production time.

As a general production guideline, approximately one hour of filming should be allotted for every 90 seconds of planned finished video content.

When multiple videos are captured during the same session, total filming time will be estimated based on the number, length, and complexity of the videos.

Some projects may remain within the agreed finished length but require additional production time for detailed shots, multiple takes, demonstrations, product arrangements, locations, or other production needs.

When additional filming time is reasonably expected, it will be communicated with the client in advance and billed at $125 per hour in 30-minute increments.

The goal is to establish expected production time before filming begins so there are no unexpected hourly charges.

Custom video projects can be tailored to the client's specific needs.

This can include longer-form videos, documentary-style content, recurring video series, product demonstrations, training videos, event coverage, multi-location productions, interviews, and other specialized projects.

Custom projects are quoted based on anticipated filming time, finished video length, editing requirements, locations, crew requirements, travel, equipment, and overall production complexity.

Projects requiring travel outside of our standard service area will include additional reasonable travel and production expenses.

Expenses may include airfare or business vehicle mileage, lodging, rental vehicles and local transportation, parking and tolls, baggage or equipment transportation fees, and other reasonable production expenses.

A $100 per-day food and beverage allowance per traveling crew member will also apply.

Travel expenses may be included on the original invoice or invoiced separately as incurred.

When a company maintains an established travel and reimbursement policy, we are happy to review and follow that policy when agreed upon prior to travel.

Significant anticipated expenses will be communicated and approved prior to booking whenever reasonably possible.

Projects requiring multiple locations, advanced motion graphics, extensive revisions, specialized equipment, significant travel, or other complex production requirements may require a custom quote.
